Dá vontade de perguntar: "E você acha mesmo que o fato do cliente estar te olhando no momento da informação vai mesmo garantir a compra, independente do preço??"
Sim, existe sempre a possibilidade da simpatia do(a) atendente comover o cliente ou até mesmo de se fechar outras formas de pagamento que suavizem o valor.
Mas tenha fé!
Não passar o preço por telefone significa fazer com que eu gaste meu precioso combustível para correr o risco de chegar à loja e dizer um lindo "não, obrigada!".
Sei que sou exigente e (até) mal humorada, principalmente quando não sou bem atendida. Mas, acima de tudo, me considero bem consciente na hora de escolher meus produtos e serviços. Ter que sair só para checar um preço é impensável nos dias de hoje!
Por isso, me dizer que preço só pessoalmente é o mesmo que dizer que não está preparado para me atender!

A campanha feita pela Sukle Advertising & Design, de Denver, tem como objetivo diminuir o desperdício de água. O slogan é: "A grama é burra. Regue dois minutos a menos. Seu gramado não vai notar".

"Pense em quanto isso consome antes comprar". Imagens engraçadas de coisas "gordas" fazem propaganda de um site que permite calcular o consumo de energia desses aparelhos.

Anúncios criativos sobre o meio ambiente

Essa campanha foi feita para a World Wildlife Fund. À medida que o papel acaba, o verde da América do Sul também vai embora, simbolizando o impacto ambiental que o uso de simples toalhas de papel é capaz de provocar, além de alertar para outros desperdícios que podem levar às mesmas consequências.

Esse anúncio utiliza o movimento da sombra no cartaz para demonstrar como o aquecimento global levará ao aumento do nível dos oceanos.

A Prolam Y&R, de Santiago, criou um enorme outdoor mostrando refugiados fugindo de uma enchente na Ásia, com dúzias de ar condicionados sobre a superfície do cartaz, que diz a seguinte frase: "O ar que esfria sua casa aquece o mundo".
O Greenpeace utilizou a canção You Are My Sunshine, de Charles Mitchell e Jimmy Davis, para fazer esse divertido comercial, que diz algo como: "Até que a luz saia da sua bunda, use lâmpadas fluorescentes".

"Veja quanto monóxido de carbono você deixará de emitir se não dirigir por um dia". Essa é a mensagem que aparece na gigantesca nuvem preta presa ao cano de escape de um carro depois de passar o dia sendo inflada pela fumaça expelida pelo automóvel.

Nesse anúncio, as árvores foram posicionadas para parecer pulmões. A área desmatada é um alerta, e a frase no canto diz: "Antes que seja tarde demais".

A mensagem desse anúncio diz: "Você não pode ser lento em uma emergência. Aja agora pelo planeta".

Diesel, a fabricante italiana de roupas, colocou, no fim de janeiro, propagandas em jornais, revistas e outdoors que traziam modelos posando com roupas da marca em um mundo afetado pelo aquecimento global. Nas fotos acima, você vê o Cristo Redentor coberto de água até os pés e Nova York praticamente submersa.

SAFE é uma instituição de proteção aos animais que faz várias campanhas para expor e questionar a utilização desnecessária deles em experimentos e explorações comerciais. O anúncio acima tem como alvo o uso dos bichos como cachecóis, botas e outros produtos de couro e assim por diante.

Setor de telecomunicações aprova protótipo de carregador universal para celulares

A União Internacional de Telecomunicações (ITU em inglês) aprovou um protótipo universal de carregador para celulares energeticamente mais eficiente, antecipando em quase dois anos o início de um programa para reduzir emissões de CO2 e descartes dos periféricos pela indústria, a entidade anunciou em comunicado à imprensa.
O protótipo, que funciona por meio de um cabo micro-USB, deve ser disponibilizado aos fabricantes até o final de junho de 2010, informou um representante da indústria à rede britânica de notícias BBC.
Segundo reportagem da Revista Sustentabilidade, o início do programa foi anunciado no segundo trimestre de 2009 com estimativas de que o modelo universal estaria pronto em três anos.
Além de poder ser usado em todos os tipos de aparelhos para telefonia móvel, o carregador deverá usar um terço da energia utilizada pela maioria dos similares atuais.
A GSM Association, grupo internacional de operadoras e fabricantes de telefonia móvel, prevê que a medida gere uma redução de 50% no consumo de energia no mundo, além de reduzir o volume de carregadores nos aterros e lixões em aproximadamente 51 mil toneladas.
Neste contexto, o Brasil, com seus 165 milhões de aparelhos habilitados, o quinto mercado mundial de celulares, segundo a revista Info Online, poderá se beneficiar com redução da geração de lixo eletrônico.
Para a ITU, o projeto do carregador universal é uma parte fundamental da solução para a mitigação das alterações climáticas e vai ser levada aos fóruns internacionais de negociação sobre mudanças climáticas.
